Good grief. Bryan and I are sitting at my kitchen table with our laptops. I'm blogging. He's... I don't know. At least we're not IM-ing each other across the table. :-)
He got in yesterday and I'm just so excited to see him. We went to Oklahoma Joes for supper. I love their barbecue. M loved his hot dog and fries. We figured we'd ease him into the country life by having dinner in the city.
At home we broke out the Super Mario Galaxy game and played for hours. It was great fun. Mostly it was DH and Bry laughing at my lame gaming skills as I fell off planets and did other dorky things. I really like that game. It reminds me of the old Mario games we used to play when Bryan and the other kids were little.
M is thrilled to have a brother in the house. He kept bugging me to wake the guy up this morning. Poor Bry is never going to get any sleep this week.
DH lit out of here early to go fishing. He knows his fishing days are numbered as the weather is supposed to take a turn for the wintry this week. By this time on Thursday it will probably be in the 20's and fishing will be a distant memory.
What are we going to do with ourselves? I don't know. If we feel particularly adventurous we'll head out to Powell Gardens to look at the dinosaurs. Otherwise, we may check out some of the other games Bryan brought with him.
